Holy crap! This game looks amazing. Today, Bethesda released the first video showing off in-game graphics for the next installment in the Elder Scrolls series. Their new Creation Game Engine is a huge step up from the previous one. As you can see in this video, the movement of people and animals is immensely better than in Oblivion. I was hoping for more facial shots as the people in Oblivion were downright ugly. But from what you can see in this video, that aspect also seems very much improved over the Gamebryo engine. Also, lighting and texture seems improved as well. Man, I can’t wait for this game to be released.
Top Gear USA will be back for a second season on the History Channel. The press release does not say how many episodes they contracted for. The first season started out rough, but got much better as it moved along. And if they can come up with some stuff that has not already been done by the boys in the U.K. I think they could make a very solid show. So I am excited to see it back for more.
BTW, you can read the press release over here.
I hate the idea of Fatlace. I hate companies like Fatlace. Hate Hate Hate. The idea of a company that exists solely on the idea of being the cool kid pisses me off to no end. However, that being said, you can’t fault them for taking money from nut swingers. It’s the American dream. And I do have to give them credit. They are giving away one of the coolest cars I have ever seen a company give away. A 1974 Nissan Skyline 2000GT. So check out their site on 2/21/2011 for details on how to win this beautiful car.
I guess this just solidifies the fact that they are indeed the cool kids. Damn, I guess I need to go buy one of their shirts now…
