Changed already

So on the 16th I added a map to see where people were visiting from.  But after having it one for almost a week, it was showing less than 10% of the results.  So I removed it.  I will check it in a month or so and if it seems to have fixed itself, I might bring it back.  ClustrMap = Fail

Holy Update Batman

So since my last post a lot has happened:

1- We had our new baby girl.  She came a few weeks early and had a little bit of a rough start.  But she has been doing great.  The rough start was actually caused by douche bag doctors not wanting to be sued so they too too many unnecessary precautions resulting in a 5 day long NICU stay.  All for no reason whatsoever.  I have bitched and bitched about this stuff to family and friends.  So I’m done.  We got a beautiful little girl out of it.  And she looks just like me.  Only more girly.  I hope.  I will post pics, just don’t have much here and due to the #2 part of the post, I will have to wait a bit.

2- My laptop died.  I had a Dell 1550 (I think that’s what it was).  I have had it for about 4 years, maybe more.  And it finally kicked the bucket.  She was a good computer, but luckily I already had my eye one something a bit newer, lighter, sleeker, and faster.  So I ordered a Dell Studio 15.  Basically it’s like the more expensive XPS laptops, only it’s cheaper.  Tangerine orange, 3GB RAM, Core 2 duo 2.0 ghz, 320 GB HD, DVD-R, etc…  It just shipped today, should have it first thing next week.  Pics are coming.

3- We went and bought Lori a handgun.  She has never shot a handgun before so I told her I would get her a .22 so we could afford for her to fire a few thousand rounds through it before we got her a more serious gun.  She was fine with that plan, she just thinks it makes her look like a bad-ass wearing it.  I had her feel a bunch of guns.  First was the Walther P22, then the SIG Mosquito.  She liked the P22 the most, it  doesn’t fit my hand well at all, but I do love the look of it.  I made her go to another store to check out some other options.  One was a S&W, another a Browning.  She didn’t think either of those looked like real guns.  So I got her the P22 in all black.  When we got home, I ordered her a paddle holster off ebay for $20.  Don’t have it yet.  But like everything else in this post, pics are coming.

4- At work, we ordered a new ROMER Stinger IIi CMM arm which should be shipping next week.  It’s a pretty sweet carbon fiber and aluminum piece.  I won’t bore you all with the details, but we have high hopes for cool designs I can make using it.  For those that have no idea what a CMM arm is for, you basically use it to measure things that are almost impossible to measure without one.  So like the arcs that make up a front bumper or the contour of a door, etc…

5- To go along with #4, my work got me a freakin’ sweet laptop.  It’s a Core 2 duo 2.5 ghz, 2GB RAM, 512MB GeForce MX770M video, etc…  I did some benchmark tests on it.  And it is about 40% faster than my desktop at work.  It’s a Dell M4400 workstation.  Even as awesome as it is, it’s still lighter than my old dead laptop.

6- I got a new guide rod and spring for my Steyr M40-A1.  I went with the polished stainless rod rather than the black oxide finished version to add a little bling.  The stock rod is black plastic.  And it works fine.  But you can feel the action is a bit smoother with the new rod.  I am hoping the gun is a bit less picky on ammo now.  It wasn’t bad before, but the rounds I like the feel of the most (Remington JHP 165gr) would occasionally jam up.  Can’t be having my home defense gun jam up on me when I’m killin’ me some criminals.  I got the rod from a guy that calls himself BigTaco.  It uses a factory spring which he installs for you.  I paypaled him the money and 2 days later, had the rod in the mail.  It was easy to install, feels great, only cost $40, and should be more durable than stock.  I’m happy…  Again, pics are coming…

7- I ordered a CCW holster for my Steyr.  I was  told leather is the most comfortable, so that’s what I got.  It’s a custom hand made black leather holster from a place called JMG Holsters.  Going to take another 2 months to get that bad boy.  Probably get it about when I get my CCW permit.

8- From what I have read, it appears, Barrack Hussein Obama is a dipshit with known ties to terrorists, a radical Muslim background, probably not even born in the US, and hates the constitution and everything it stands for.  For the first time ever, I have been honestly afraid for our country’s future, because I think he may win.

Long boring rant

Oh man. What shall I bitch about now? Jackass neighbors, cars, taxes, illegals, Obama, Washington D.C. Gun bans? There is just too many things pissing me off right now. So let’s bitch about them all. And let’s do it in the order listed above. Don’t worry, I will keep them short.

1- This is a bit related to #4. These people have no respect whatsoever for other people’s things. These assholes keep parking in front of my driveway. For long periods of time. They never take care of their kids. Their yard is a mess. They had chickens (until my wife made the city take them away). They have 4 families living in a house smaller than mine. And each family has about 5 kids with more coming. How does this relate to #4? Duh, they are illegals living off the U.S. System of rewarding people that knowingly and willingly break the law.

2- I have seen a lot of talk about the GTR being over-hyped lately. Is it? Yes, of course it is. That is what marketing is all about. Is the C6 Z06 over-hyped? Yes, it is. Is the ZR-1 over-hyped? Yes. Are they all amazing cars? Hell yeah. Are they all great cars for the money? Very much so. Is one more over-hyped than another? I doubt it. They all have short comings. They all have great strong points. The GTR I am working on/with has beat Vettes. It has lost to Vettes. It was relatively stock and had a C6 Z06 with a $12K suspension and huge race tires beat it. Yeah, that’s to be expected. Again, when it had a bit more work done (still mostly stock) it was faster than a Z06 that was mostly stock. Again, not really a surprise. I guess what I am saying, is like with anything else, there is always someone better/faster/cooler than you. And people need to stop putting so much effort into arguing which car is better and go drive one. Even the one you think you hate. You will enjoy the hell out of it. There is no one make that only makes awesome cars with no faults. Everyone needs to stop thinking whatever nut they are swinging from is the best nut there is. It’s still a nut. And you are still just a nut swinger.

3- Not too pissed about taxes. Just more pissed at what they are being spent on. Stop giving money to illegals. No matter how many kids they have. Stop sending money to Mexico for guns and training to combat drugs, those guns are just used against us. Start giving money to real citizens with real needs. Stop giving money to white trash bitches that take 45 minutes in line at Walmart paying for shit with food stamps. Stop funding studies on the mating habits of dung beetles and similar bullshit. Stop paying for Iraq to not give us oil and not want us there. I love me some war. And I was all for wiping out Iraq. But do it right. Drop a few nukes. Drill through the glass that is left behind and take all the oil we can as fast as we can. Then leave a desolate radioactive wasteland behind. That’s all those people want. And it’s not far from what they are living in now anyway. Give them what they want, take what we want. It’s the old school, pre-hippie American way.

4- This is supposedly from the LA Times newspaper. I have not checked that. I have not checked the facts. But based on what I see on the news and experience myself from these bastards, it gives me no reason to doubt what it says. Now keep in mind, these stats are only from California:
40% of all workers in L.A. County are working for cash and not paying taxes. That’s over 4 million non-tax payers.
95% of all warrants for murders in LA are for illegal aliens
75% of the people on the most wanted list in LA are illegal aliens
Over 66% of all births in LA county are to illegal alien Mexicans whose births were paid for by taxpayers.
Nearly 35% of all inmates in California detention centers are illegal Mexicans.
According to the FBI, ½ of all the gang members in LA are illegal Mexicans.
Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD homes are illegal.

5- Obama… Wow. What a tool. I don’t know if I could disagree with anyone any more than I disagree with Obama. He wants illegals to be welcome. He wants every right in the constitution revoked. Now I don’t view myself as a republican, or a democrat. I don’t really like McCain either. If someone is too old to trust behind the wheels of a car, I can’t trust them behind the wheel of my country. I tend to agree with most things republicans do. Until it comes to the preachy god shit. Religion has no place in government. Government should be an emotionless logical machine that always does what’s best for the survival of the country and it’s people.

6- Washington D.C.. Another winner. So they are told by the Supreme court that their ban on handguns and requirement of devices that make firearms inoperable is unconstitutional. So what do they do? Change their law to still require that guns be inoperable. And ban the most common type of handgun owned by their citizens. So they essentially have the same law. If there is one city in the country that should live by the law of the constitution and listen to and obey the supreme court, it is Washington f’in D.C.

OK, I give up. This country is down the toilets for a few years. Hopefully we survive. But I would be very surprised if we are not ruled by another country by the time my kid is old enough to go to college. I have faith in many citizens and no politicians. I hope all our citizens can pull together and make our country strong again…

Immigration reform in Utah

So, a couple days ago, the state of Utah passed a bill (through the house, not senate yet) that revokes driver privilege cards for illegal immigrants. Holy crap, it’s about time! As I understand it, this state was one of the few allowing these assholes to drive legally. And I use the term “legally” very loosely. Also, another part of this law states that police need to check on the immigration status of people they pull over. And arrest those found to be illegal. There is also another law they are passing that revokes state residency status for illegal immigrant students thereby making it so the state no longer covers the majority of their college tuition.

Now for the first bill: So the news is interviewing this illegal. And he is crying about how he relies on his car to cart him and his illegal wife around. Now this may seem normal to some of you, so let me put this into perspective. Say I rob a bank with a shotgun. I come out of the bank, and do an interview on TV. In this interview I complain that someone is talking about taking my shotgun away. Here is about how this interview would go:

“Hi, I’m mister just broke the law and have done so continuously every day for the past 5 years. Sure, I shot this bitch in the face with my shotgun, but I need my shotgun, or I can’t continue to break the law with it. Sure, I will still get another one and use it illegally. The only difference being, next time I probably won’t do an interview on TV since by then people will have recognized what a terrible thing I am doing. But for now it’s fine, because the tv peeps will never turn me in because people feel sorry for me for some reason.”

This is exactly what is going on. But for some reason, people think we should feel sorry for these people (again, term uses VERY loosely). So not only was I shocked that this thing thinks we should help him further break the law. But I was also pissed that people are just sitting here interviewing him. TURN HIM IN MORON !!! Lock him up, until you can eject his ass out of our country that he is knowingly and willingly and I am sure happy to be rotting from the inside out.

So it gets better. Then they interview a police spokesperson. This guy says “We have never told our guys to check immigrant status since their job is not to uphold federal law, but to protect our states citizens.” So this guy thinks that upholding the law is not a police officers job unless it is a state law. Again, lets put this into perspective. Say I am a international arms dealer selling nuclear devices to terrorists. I get pulled over in Utah. The police officer sees I am wanted for international terrorism, yet, it’s not a state thing so he lets me go. So I ask you… How is not upholding federal law also protecting state citizens? It’s not! It’s putting us all at risk. Sure my example may seem a bit more extreme to some. But it isn’t. These people are the ones using most of the stolen identities. And at least here out of every 10 violent crimes on the news usually at least 8 are committed by them. They have 3-6 families living in single family homes. Their cheap-ass laundry detergent stinks up the neighborhoods. They constantly cook with oil that again stinks up the neighborhoods. They make up nearly all gang elements around here. Or at least their worthless kids do. They scatter their busted ass cars all over the road. Most of which probably don’t even come close to passing emissions, they just use 1 plate on multiple cars. They don’t have legitimate jobs, so they don’t pay taxes, yet they sure use the shit out of some food stamps that we get to pay for. I haven’t even scratched the surface with what is wrong with them being here… I just get too mad to keep ranting about them. I just wish there was something we could do.

Basically, I just hope this law finally goes through senate, I hope more of these things get caught and more of them get sent to a very deep hole somewhere. I would prefer giant trebuchets then you could televise the action and make some money off it.

Now for the 2^nd bill… I will keep this one short since it is obvious how I feel.

The state is currently paying for the education of illegal kids and children of illegal asshats. In what messed up world does this make sense? “Here boy, I want to give you the education necessary to destroy me, and I will pay for it, and help you in anyway I can until my ultimate destruction.” Again, this bill is necessary and long overdue and more than likely a case of too little too late.
